Through the Diflucan® Partnership Program, Pfizer's antifungal medicine Diflucan® (fluconazole) is provided free of charge to governments and nongovernmental organizations in developing countries for patients with cryptococcal meningitis and esophageal candidiasis, two opportunistic infections associated with HIV/AIDS.
